Ryan Nichols is the VP of Product and Marketing for Zendesk Sell, helping sales and service teams collaborate for a better customer experience. Before Zendesk, Ryan has been part of 5 startups and 2 industry leaders building products that help businesses engage with their customers. He built the first mobile inbox for salespeople and launched three top 10 AppExchange apps. His background includes SAP, Intuit, McKinsey, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
